Subscribe & Save creates recurring orders for an eligible product at the delivery frequency you select. Orders are billed automatically with the saving shown for your plan. Your subscription continues until cancelled.

Can I pause or skip a delivery?

Yes. Log in to your Subscriber Portal and select Skip Delivery or Pause Subscription. Make changes before your next scheduled order is processed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your Subscriber Portal and select Cancel Subscription, or reply to an upcoming delivery reminder email for help. Cancel before the next order is processed. Orders already fulfilled and shipped cannot be cancelled.

How do I access my Subscriber Portal?

Log in to your account on our website, or use the unique Subscriber Portal link in your subscription reminder emails. Log in to your account.

Can I change my schedule or product size?

Yes. You can adjust your delivery frequency and swap to a different product size in your Subscriber Portal. Available schedules and savings may change with your selection. Review your updated plan before confirming.

When will I be charged?

Your first order is charged at checkout. Future orders are billed automatically at the delivery frequency shown in your selected plan, until you cancel.

Which Toppik plans and savings are available?

Toppik 27.5g: save 10% with delivery every 30, 45, 60 or 90 days. Toppik 55g: save 15% with delivery every 30 days, or save 10% with delivery every 60, 90 or 120 days. Review the available plan and price on the product page before checking out.

Is shipping included?
