Return Policy
We care about our customers and we want you to be completely satisfied when shopping for products. To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, we are happy to offer a hassle free 30-day Return Policy for all items. Within 30 days of receiving your purchase, you can return your item to receive a refund. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please check your order when it arrives and in the event of any damage or an error was made in fulfilling and packaging the order, please contact us within 48 hours by email at support@hairsolutionscanada.ca. Include the order number and your name, address, email and/or phone number. We will be happy to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Create a Return
To return your order for a refund*, please follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Request an RMA
Email support@hairsolutionscanada.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include:
- Purchase order number
- Your full name
- Phone number
Once authorized, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Form to complete.
Shipments without an RMA will not be accepted for returns.
Step 2: Ship Your Return
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are temporarily using UPS or Sendle to process all returns. Please use the pre-paid UPS or Sendle shipping label provided in our email to send back your items.
Mail your item(s) using the pre-paid Canada Post shipping label.
When using another shipping method, additional charges will apply. Please be sure to send to the following address:

Follow the instructions below to package your return and mail it back to us:
- Complete the HairSolutionsCanada.ca Return Form and include it with your return.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible.
- Affix the Canada Post return shipping label to the packaging or address the package to the address noted above. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
- If using the shipping label provided, take the package to your nearest Canada Post outlet.
*All eligible returns will receive a refund applied to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase. You will be notified by email once we complete your return. Returns are processed within 4 business days of us receiving them. Please allow an extra 3-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card or Paypal account.
