Temporary notice — Canada Post labour disruption
Canada Post is currently experiencing a labour disruption, which may cause delivery delays. To keep your packages moving, we’re shipping with UPS and Sendle where possible. Thank you for your patience while we work to minimize any impact.

Rates & Destinations

• Canada: Free shipping on orders $85+ (before tax).
• Under $85: $12.00 flat rate within Canada.

Processing Times

• Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12:00 p.m. ET ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Carriers & Tracking

• Orders ship from our Toronto, Ontario warehouse.
• Shipments include tracking; a shipment confirmation email is sent when your order leaves our warehouse.
• A signature may be required upon delivery.
• Discreet packaging on all orders.

Delivery Estimates

• Typical delivery: 4–7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Remote/rural areas may take longer depending on carrier service levels.
